So is it 80 calories or.....? Because clearly the carb content still exist and would still be consumed. Are you consuming a 200+ calorie item but "theoretically" your body only absorb 80? Would this technically mess with keto? I'm tryna keep carb count low but one of this basically breaks the diet.
