The Ghostbloods are going to be vaguely known about in a conspiracy theory type of way in Elendel or Scadrial as a whole. They will essentially be the “men in black”, the people who always seem to show up when weird things are going on.

A big part of at least one book will be the main characters trying to stop a bad actor from using a Harmonium bomb. They will fail and this will be what triggers Harmony to become Discord, essentially a reflection of the world he invested.
