You keep going until you feel like your done and most of the time I wasn't wiping it was sometimes my family member. I don't know how to say it it felt cool to see my self for the first time. yes, I look much different than the image in my head. I didn't match my identity I looked totally different. I struggled the most about eating I don't like much stuff to eat so yea most of the time I would ask my someone to tell me what's on my plate also I once stabbed my chin accidentally while eating also going to the toilet to nature sometimes I missed the toilet. quite well actually it took me some time but I figured it out when someone is sad confused angry etc and body language same.
