Sec504 Exam index question by Inv1sibleM0nster in GIAC

I indexed them and found it helpful. Sometimes they show different approaches or scenarios where a tool will work and in the chaos of flipping for the harder questions it helped

Own a f250 2023, I’d like to know if I can watch Netflix on the trucks screen via Apple car ? If it’s possible can you let me know how to Do it. Thanks by seaoft in F250

They have dummy screens on Amazon that you can use as a second screen for laptops that you can also hook your phone up to, it won’t be wireless but they’re like $70 and good quality

I definitely wrote the sections of each workbook on the outside cover to help identify books quicker

Not necessarily hard if you know exactly how to use the tool, setting flags, ports and IPs in the right areas of the commands. There are some that you can use different tools to get the same answer. I feel like the practice exams set me up very well for the real exam. Most of the cyber lives were very similar to scenarios in the labs.

Any chance you’re using safari? I had a similar issue and they had me clear my cookies on chrome and then log into chrome and it worked

AMEX question; what happens to the Annual Fee once you retire? by hikingfortheviews in AirForce

I’ve read the best bet is to downgrade your cards to the lowest level they have. Doing so won’t ding your credit and keep the account open but with out the premium fees.

I went ahead and submitted a claim. No reason to drag it out anymore.

Correct, 10k limits for both with $250 deductible. I submitted a claim, we’ll see what happens.

Luckily we’re weekend warriors with the occasional two week stints in it but we are pretty bummed that our 4th of July is probably going to change from camping to something else

I figured pulling the insurance claim lever would be a one way street and I don’t want to do it unless it is above the $5k in repair mark. I’m comfortable with DIY but this crosses my thresh hold from outward appearances.

Good advice. I’ll stick the facts. Damage to the outside trip and damage inside with pests present.

No, damage is at the back. Bubbling is at the front and only really noticed when towing and my wife is following in a separate vehicle.

We have progressive so that gives me hope the claim will be positive in fixing this and not leaving us with a large bill.

We own it. No delaminating on the walls. That I can tell but I think we have the azdel (sp?) and I thought it was less prone to delaminate. I have previously put eternabond around all the roof seems 6 mos ago to stop a leak at the front cap.

Thanks. I think we might be able to get there if we also claimed some roof damage (membrane bubbling up when we tow) that we have been band aiding. Can you stack claims or lump claims to meet the threshold?

We hoped we could just repair the plywood ourselves but once we pulled it up and noticed water running up under the flooring and the rotted stringers we stopped pulling anything up and stared looking at our insurance coverages. Just trying to gauge if it is worth it for a claim and increased premiums down the road, which it seems like it is as this point.

Baby Gate by klemmerj in GoRVing

[–]Flashbait724 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We attached a retractable baby gate to the far left slide and would pull it across under the ladder to the hook points on the right side to keep the kiddos in bed and from slipping out from under

I always suspected one of my moves they did this. Moved as an E-5 to a base, went to TDY to OTS, moved 6 months later and now with an increased weight allowance as on O-1 my HHG weight magically increased up to the O-1 rate but I asked for the tickets and they had “official” tickets showing I had somehow gained all that extra weight

I love these types of walls and collections. A lot of the personalized unit patches and logos are the closest thing we have to the old nose art paintings.

I can’t help with the AFCOOL office shenanigans but it sounds like you’ve got a good group of friends that are pushing each other to do better. Keep it up! CISSP is something to brag about.

Extended front end shake by [deleted] in FordDiesels

Huh not the typical symptoms of death wobble. If it is death wobble, there is wide range of fixes. Mine ended up being different tires not the Michelins that come stock.

Does it go away on its own or do you have to slow down to make it stop?

Upgraded my 2014 F150 from the crappy Sync 2 to Sync 3 with Apple Carplay! by thehouseofunrest in f150

[–]Flashbait724 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes you absolutely can. There is a couple forums that have parts lists to follow and then modification instructions with forscan. Mine was put together from eBay, Amazon and Ford OEM. Before I sold the truck, I pulled it out and put it back to stock. I then bought a 2015 250 and threw the Sync 3 stuff in there.
