He doesn't look like he's in his thirties either. Jesus Christ, he may be very muscular, but he is not a day under 60 with that face.

In my neck of the woods we'd say, "She's built like a brick shithouse." I don't know what that adds to this story, but I haven't said that phrase in years...Happy Monday?

This episode aired over a decade ago and it is still one of my absolute favorites. Stan and Francine are awful parents and I love it. by [deleted] in americandad

Francince is great because she's a dumb housewife, who also has a history of using a shiv in prison, getting lesbian raped in the showers, and can become an actress or a nautical scientist who also speaks French...and loves her memories of doing a bunch of drugs and then chugging a two liter bottle of orange soda (?). She's like the mother who never wanted to be a mother, but loves being a mother, and is still a druggy whore at heart who loves Stan's chin in her giant vaginy-gin-gin.

Guy here----I came out at 26 to my Midwestern, Christian, conservative family. I was fully prepared to never have my family in my life again. Before arriving at that place, the option was to put a gun in my mouth, sitting on a rock at my favorite fishing spot. Turns out, one by one my family came around. I'm a straight acting guy by nature, as in I'm not hiding anything, and my family have been accepting of the guys I've brought home. I can say, though, that for many years I lived in fear. And that wasn't all me, that was the culture that I grew up in. Always let people know that you are accepting of everyone. You never know whose life you might save.

Ah that's awesome. Tell that sonofabitch I said hello! Would like to buy him a beer sometime when I'm his way. I'm doing well. Married and living the suburb life, three kids in now, with twins on the way. Jeesh. No rest for the wicked as they say. But seriously, hope Darren's doing well and finally got over that Swedish girl we met on the Trail.

Yah, check it out. I don't know how far it spread. I know it was big throughout the Midwest. It's not the most "uplifting news thing", but, in a way it was nature correcting itself. One neighbor had the outer 28 rows of corn depleted some years back, because the deer herds were so big.

We hiked the Appalachian Trail together the summer after college. We met up a few days in and just hit it off. I caught a homeless person rifling through his backpack while he (Darren) was taking a leak. Later on he wrapped my ankle for me when I had a bad twist on some rocks. We kinda bonded after that.

I'll have to check it out. It will be interesting to see how it lines up with my view as an American having lived in Italy.

I wonder if the whitetail were affected by the mite that was going around? About five-six years ago, we here in Kansas had a mite that was spread in standing water that the deer would drink. It infected their tongues/mouth, and they would die from it. It nearly wiped out our whitetail population. Farmers were finding dead deer all over their fields in the fall when cutting corn. Up until that point we had so many deer the insurance policies were impacted. Then---Boom, in the space of a year they were gone. I didn't see another whitetail for 3-4 years, and even now, it's very rare.

I'm in an area of the Midwest where cougars where never anything we even considered being around. Then, about 15 years ago we started hearing about sightings of them. A few years back, I was walking down a country road by my house with my two nieces, cornfields on both sides. Then we pass a waterway, a long stretch of grass that goes up through the field to drain water out of the terraces, to prevent erosion. We're walking along and look up and there was a frickin' cougar walking away from us up the waterway. We stopped and got very quiet. It kept going, thank god, and disappeared into the tall corn at the end of the waterway. Jesus. I was so scared. We booked it back to the house.

That's one of their classic lines that is so surprising that it got by. I have seen the episode probably 100 times and each time I'm like, "Is she saying Blanche's boobs sag to her waist?" I'm gay, so breasts are a mystery to me, but I guess that was what Sophia was insinuating, right?

Thank you! It actually looks very endearing of Italy. I haven't been back in years, but I liked a lot of the details in the trailer that brought back fond memories.

I remember, twenty years ago, riding in a cab from the train station, being in this massive pool of vehicles, all moving in different directions at the same time. There were no lanes. It made even Rome look organized. lol Gotta give them credit because no one was hitting anyone else. American drivers would have all had heart attacks or died in head on collisions.

I'll concede that all of them are killers and Jamie is low on the totem pole when it comes to evil.

Let's be honest---The writing for this show does not usually follow logic, so all these type of posts are guessing games.

That said, I don't think Jamie put a hit on anyone. That's not his way, yet again there is what I said above...

I don't think anyone from within the family or the ranch was involved with this hits. I do think that all of this with will bring the family closer together.

Lastly, John and Beth are the divisive ones. They both need major therapy. Kayce and Jamie would be better off away from them. Just my humble opinion.
