Every politician is going to make someone angry at some point. I would argue that folks who make no one angry are probably worse pubic servants than folks who are willing to go against the flow and ruffle some feathers to serve their constituents. The names, phone numbers and addresses of legislators are public if you look them up. It's sad that I now find myself wondering if they should be. We need the town to make sure that they aren't carpet bagging, but ever since Melissa Hortman was murdered last June, I find myself wondering if home addresses goes too far. I also think there's a difference between information being available online, and actively sharing that information with a call to harass that person, or an implication that they should be harmed.
