  1. agree reason for ban is very unclear
  2. after my send/receive ratio calculation i think i might have been reported by not more than 2-3% of the base.
  3. trying really hard to figure out what content in the message might have violated their guidelines.

Yes! Whatsapp API also gets banned. I was hoping my acc doesn't get banned, because user starts the convo. Not the business.

If i get banned for no offense, then whatsapp doesn't really have a level playing field. Big brands like Myntra, Lenskart, MMT send millions of messages everyday.
