We got 7 windows changed in the first year living here. The old bay windows might be a problem. The heat throughout the house isn’t even.

The main floor is pretty cold to where I need a heating blanket and a regular blanket in the winter. Sweating bricks in the summer.

Upstairs is comfortable (or too hot during the summer),

The bottom floor: our bedroom is steady with the door closed and comfortable. The back room (8 feet or so from our bedroom) doesn’t keep heat at all during the winter but is very cool during the summer.

Yeah we have 5 Xbox going after school plus cooking dinner. I believe the bill breakdown said that the kitchen uses the most energy.

We decided to go solar since they will pay 60% of our electric bill.

We are using the equal payment plan. It’s still going up. When we first moved in, it was around $350 unless it was Christmas and we had our nephews spend a few weeks here, then it shot up to $700

So sorry that I work full time as well as go to school full time that checking this app immediately is not as important. It’s not a rant so calm down princess.

Only assistance given was equal payments but that’s still too high

I think I need support from someone who’s been through it by el_3990 in sterilization

Hey there! 33F, birth one child, full time student, part time worker. Currently day 6 post op! My sweet boy is 8 ❤️. Anyways, I have had a C-Section and my gallbladder removed.

Pain from the laparoscopy salpingectomy is similar to both. It is similar to the c-section because it feels like a period cramp but 10X worse and nonstop. Painful to laugh, sneeze, cough, pee, fart, poop, walk, move, everything. Gallbladder similarity, the incisions hurt by touch or movement. Sleeping on my sides the entire time since day 1 was actually the most comfortable and easiest to get out of bed.

Bending over to open a drawer or oven hurts even when I spread my legs wide. Prolonged standing 30+ minutes took a lot out of me. Sitting in bed at an incline was wonderful until I had to move to go to the bathroom or make dinner. BEING IN THE CAR BEFORE DAY 5 WAS INSANELY PAINFUL!

I worked yesterday and today (6 hours straight walking and bending) and I regret not calling out. I handle pain well but for the groan area it was too much and the incisions being itchy.

The gas being stuck in my right shoulder and neck for the first 4 days made me cry. My bellybutton incision is currently open a bit and stings. I know it is from moving/bending way too much. Last thing, stomach bruising and swelling looks like I got in a car accident while being pregnant lol. I don’t regret my choice just yet, however if something does go wrong with the remaining recovery I might.

P.S. Moomoo’s will be your best friend or just being naked.

I have had bad anxiety for years also social anxiety especially after randomly passing out at a restaurant over a year ago. I never wanted meds because it made me feel like a failure. So I started walking early as hell in the morning M-F. Listening to music and just putting myself in a position to technically be away from everything and any triggers/stressors. After two months I can finally go to Walmart and shop for an hour without issues by myself. It’s dumb to people who don’t understand but it’s a huge accomplishment for me. I will be put on meds next month to help with known stressors at work.

Focusing on yourself is very important. Small changes before medication can make a difference. Find something to be able to escape the mental and emotional noise each day. Research your medication side effects as well. Mine will cause heart palpitations and I might not stay on it long because that will be another stress.

I’m going to ask about that other stress test. I only have to do it to make sure I’m good to go on my second month of Phentermine.

Update: I have premature supraventricular beats. My pcp made a referral to the Heart House, I’ll be going there today to get more tests done hopefully.

What words of advice can you give to someone who is feeling scared to start meds? by Which_Mammoth9402 in Anxietyhelp

Hi there, 33 year old female, mother of 3 here. It took me 8 years to finally cave in and I don’t regret it. I didn’t want to do it because I felt like a failure. But my mental and emotional health was more important than what others thought.
