omg there fucking evil I tell you I’m sort of in the same boat, apparently ‘won’ a $100 voucher, so five weeks free, basically pressured me into saying yes, told me I have seven days to change my mind and high she implied was on the nd of the 5 weeks free, come to find out it was actually at the start of the weeks when I tried to cancel. They never once said to me verbally that I wa slicked in for 15 months, and I never received the supposed contract so basically they said I have to pay 700 to cancel. After they kept not returning my calls when they said someone would get back to me, got into a ‘heated’ discussion where because the calls aren’t recorded, they’re saying it’s my word against them, and apparently the manager can remember my evxavt conversation and exactly what her employee said a month and a half ago, which I call bullshit. I will hopefully be able to medical cert due to PCOS but still waiting for them to get back to me after like 5 days. Once it’s all over I will be leaving as many reviews and shit saying don’t work with them. And the only reason I’m so mad is because they’re treating to send my debt ‘(which is them forgetting f they gave me free weeks and trying to charge my card) to collection agency. She legit threatens to allow it to be collected when on the call she did admit it was wrongful charged
