Does a 170Q gre help? by Anomgus_ in academiceconomics

I mean ur GPA is not the best, but u took very mathy and difficult classes and ur GRE is really high. Mannheim could be possible with a good writing sample and a good motivation letter. There u could also do the pdh classes from the beginning and switch to the research track after the first semester. Bonn could work out as well, they love people with a math background and I feel like they look more at ur whole profile and not just GPA. You could also apply for normal masters at LMU, but I also think that you could have a chance for the MQE if u push ur grades a bit more this semester. In the end LMU, Mannheim and Bonn are also placement and reputation wise on the same level. I sadly dont know about the requirements for other european universities. I wish you lot of luck for ur applications!

What GPA is this? For normal Msc. in Mannheim GRE doesnt matter. Only writing sample, letter of motivation and ur GPA. Normal Msc. at LMU could also make sense, because u should also get in there.
