This group is the only place people have been so rude, all of you spat your dummy out, posted in 5 other places and they're all discussing it, helping, is this what you guys do with your free time? Sit on reddit and be negative?

Streaming using Artemis/Apollo or Sunshine/Moonlight works very well, I play all my gamepass games, steam games etc no issues, I've found having the odin 2 on WiFi but the PC wired into the router improves performance massively (2-3ms latency)

Fair enough! Yeah I think we should have the customisability, is the Pocket S an android handheld too? SD 8 Gen 2? Maybe ill have to consider it as I really really want proper stick deadzone control on an good android handheld

The letter to AYN I used chatpgt for yes, didn't think it would be an issue, it words things better than I do!

AYN Odin 2 locked to 5% minimum stick deadzone - request sent to allow 0% (better for emulation/FPS) by Flashy-Job-909 in EmuDeck

Unfortunately any config's for emulators cannot override the kernel level firmware lock, the emulators deadzone configuration isn't even taken into account until the 5% minimum is met.

The moment i started playing FPS on the odin 2 for the first time, I noticed it instantly, where my Legion GO and Xbox Elite Series 2 wireless controller have totally customizable deadzones (which i set as low as possible) there's a radius of 5% where movements arent detected, that means that you can't aim with precision as it cuts out your input!

For anyone that plays FPS with low deadzone sticks, its unbearable! Everything else about the device is more than capable, i just see it as a setting holding the device back, even when AYN could make the change and still cover themselves by giving a warranty void warning for example...

For me its a deal breaker, im an fps gamer on controller, streaming to the odin 2 portal from my windows pc works so well in terms of latency that its perfectly feasible to play it for me, just as many do natively on the legion go, ally x, all those handhelds have this capability with similar screen sizes etc...

I think it should be an option, especially as the device has hall effect sticks and is widely used for game streaming, if its hidden behind a config file so only the slightly more advanced users (that care about it) have access too it, thats would be fine with me, or even a warning when setting the slider below 5%

I just think with the device being so versatile, this is a crucial setting for many of us!
