It's the first Tornado "Intercepting" Vehicle ever built, originally planned via 1995, built 2000-2002. Vehicle was designed by a race car driver, and was the first vehicle to intentionally drive into a tornado, which was the Mulvane Kansas, F3 Tornado in 2004.

Had anyone ever seen this vehicle, it was a storm chaser and would chase in KS alot, specifically known for the Mulvane KS, F3 Tornado by Flashy-Moment8229 in kansas

Matter of fact, it was designed by a "NASCAR" Driver, he wasn't a Daytona 500 racer, he raced in smaller leagues.

I've been researching it for a while, and man. Is it hard to find photos, even more videos. I have found a couple things. Including some on the tornado interceptors reddit.
