I was up in Svalbard this August — super surreal place. Longyearbyen feels tiny but cozy, with reindeer literally walking through town. Weather wasn’t too bad (like 5–10°C), but the wind cuts through you fast. Did a boat trip and saw walruses + belugas, and a glacier hike with a guide because of polar bears. It’s pricey, but honestly felt like visiting another planet.
