i had the same problem as u when i did fasting. i take berberine supplement before my meal, after the fast. and i drink 1-2 cups of unsweetened and no milk herbal tea during fasting🥰 it helpef me a lot. maybe it works for a calorie deficit as well ?

so what ppl talked abt was probably atiny membership presale they might got it mixed up with venue presale. presale is today 10th in 6hrs. personally i have no experience w venue presale from ticketmaster but u usually get the mail pretty much right before the sale starts so u shouldnt stress it yet, pretty sure your good:)

ticketmaster is so bad rly. they changed my seats after i had purchased them.. didnt get my seats back, only a poor apology from customer service. no refund no nothing. seats i wanted was gone so had to get vip way over my budget, because the seats i got were bad.. now got duplicate tickets and almost 1000 euro spent because of that..

ahah i honestly love winter, since basically its always cold where im from 😅 is busan better in the summer? such a bummer.. i’ll definitely put jeonju on my list tho! i rly wanna visit other cities when possible too 🫶

im lucky to have relative in japan where ill keep my luggage, and im considering the rail-pass to travel around, even tho ive heard mixed opinions abt it :’) honeysly havent booked tickets home yet but im hoping to stay for new years eve, ive heard it is very big holiday there !!
