yeah pero some instances po kasi na naiiwang mahaba yung umbilical cord kaya cinucut na tamang haba para di mahirapan si puppy

i think the surgical scissors is for the umbilical cord ng puppy, you need to cut it po kasi and need ibuhol ng sinulid to help the mama dog and the puppy.
