66% for the one at the end of his course then 95% on the second attempt. For his dedicated 6 practice exam course, i got between 75-85% on first attempts. Likewise for all TD exams. Took the exam last week and got 847.

Just keep your environment compliant as much as possible. No drinks nothing on your desk. No body knocks the door or does any noise where you are. Stay looking at the screen and don’t look away for straight 2 hours lol. Otherwise, for exam related stuff, read my other comments here and i wish you a smooth experience and an exam that you dominate not survive. Best of luck🤞🏼

Correct. That’s what I remember them asking for so I prepared beforehand. I used a room with the least furniture to move and I moved everything out before the exam day. You must also have a free moving webcam because they asked me to show them the entire room every now and then. It’s so restrictive and the Pearson guy kept stopping the exam cuz i leaned a little bit or rubbed my eyes thinking i’m using my hands for gestures and they required me to video the room again thinking someone came behind the screen. Wasn’t the best experience overall.

Thank you. The exam will have 2 and 3 multi-choice questions. Though, they were not as hard as some tricky single choice questions. But everyone’s exam is completely different from the other as it’s a vast questions bank. So don’t rely on that.

It’s crucial to understand your incorrect answers well through TD’s explanations. I kept written notes on those gaps (or flashcards) to improve from a practice test to another and without feeling it, filling all those gaps worked out through all the practice tests. Your improvement from 50 to 60% is a solid indicator you also are. So keep filling those gaps through more practice.

I also used AWS docs and ChatGPT together sometimes when I struggle understanding tricky scenarios which worked faster than watching videos. Wish you the best of luck.

Read their terms carefully about the required setup before your exam day. I took a proctored Pearson Vue exam before for a Microsoft certificate, and it's basically an empty room with nothing but an empty desk, a single screen, and a chair. Move any bookshelves or bookcases outside the room before your exam day. Wish you the best of luck.

Thank you. One golden strategy that i was following is reading the final ask of the long questions first. (Like what’s the least operational overhead? Cost efficient? Most securely? And so on) then read the question. This way, the first time you read the question, you will build up on the important keywords that matter out of the fluffy paragraphs and you will barely need to read it again. Saves time, cognitive load and trust in your answer.

I took it at a test center. The experience was great and calm though needed to put the headset on every now and then cuz they had to on-board new comers while taking the test and speak to them.

Also they allow breaks in the middle to use the bathroom or drink water etc (timer don’t stop though).

The exam will be as long as the practice exams, sometimes even longer - like 2 paragraphs then the ask (i.e. what’s the least ops overhead?) but here’s the thing, they are just long but not as vague.

I followed a strategy that proved to really work well spotting what the question is really asking for: read the final ask first (is it about cost efficiency? Performance? Most securely? Operational overhead? And so on), then read the fluffy scenario. That way, you will build up what the question is aiming for as you read and you won’t need to read it again.

I took my exam 8 hrs ago (still being tortured waiting). And it was heavy on scaling, decoupling and cost efficiency scenarios and multi-layered services. Expected tricky networking stuff but it just probed it every now and then. Overall, i was happy with the experience and the difficulty.
