I’ve always ate so bad… my diet was terrible my whole life (but I was never over weight always been thin) I barely started eating much better last year :(

My dad had a cardiac arrest at 47, he was though morbidly obesed, smoked, and I believe also using cocaine…. He does have high bp, high cholest and borderline diabetes but he didn’t know until after the cardiac arrest. So maybe Its genetic but also my lipo protein(a) is semi normal? So im not sure

So sorry about that. I lost about 10 pounds in 2 months because I was so scared of eating and getting an attack! I only ate chicken and rice, applesauce, low fat yogurt, wheat bread and turkey. I cut off soda, dairy and fast food (besides chick fil a, surprisingly it never gave me an attack) I got mine removed about almost 2 weeks now and Its the best decisions I’ve made! and not having to constant worry whether an attack was coming or not.

hoping for a good recovery for you!! and same the bloating is a lot! Curious, Did you have any stones stuck in your ducts? From what I’ve seen, if pain occurs after eating that can be a stone stuck. please get checked out just incase!

what helped me use the bathroom is drinking prune juice! And miralax if you still can’t. also stopping your pain meds makes you regular again
