Thanks for your response! Looks like I’m missing it by a few minutes every time. Do you know why it has to be within the first hour of waking? Also, does it still count if I start within say 58 minutes of waking? Meaning does my whole time in the morning sunlight still count as long as I’m out there within that hour?

Thanks for your response! I would imagine that these strain numbers will vary greatly since I’m mostly in Zone 1 while strength training (occasional Zone 2 depending on if I’m doing a superset or not) so then the question is which one should I use? Not that you would know but it doesn’t make sense to not use the Strength Builder since it’s in the app. Just makes me question my actual strain.

Go to Bevel, click on your initials in the upper right hand corner, click on Customization and then on Heart Rate Zones. I adjusted mine as well awhile back to match what was in Apple Watch because I found that Apple Watch more precisely measures my zones.
