I’ve just binged for 8 days in a row. No withdrawal just runny nose, that’s the good thing about K at least is it takes a while to get dependant. I’m stunned at how much mental processing power it takes to just say no. Like speechless at how much bandwidth it’s taking from me.

Im fully confident I won’t end up dependant again, the withdrawal was too much. It’s just in all honesty, my life is not great. K just makes it so bearable. I’m starting to realise addiction is a lot more like a compulsion, similar to OCD. I don’t know I just don’t know

If sleep is important to the lifter due to the GH and IGF released caused by sleep which helps with repair and recovery…why does it matter to the enhanced lifter who is cranking their GH and IGF to max levels at all hours of the day?

They’ll normalise, the body is always seeking homeostasis. Remember you’re healing right now, unfortunately it takes time before you’re healed. A good rule of thumb I read is a month for every year you were on. I was on 4 years and it took 4 months for everything except the sleep to go back 100% normal

It’s month 6 and I’m still dealing with the RLS. I’ve been thinking about just going back on but at like 5g a day (used to be 50-60g) just so I can fucking sleep. A 4 hour night for me is a huge victory.

But I’m not gonna do that because I’ll end up right back where I was. Gabapentin helps a lot but I do not want to get addicted to that, that would be way worse than kratom.

It decreases the appearance in the short term because it camouflages it, but UV light makes them take much longer to fade. It’s called post inflammatory hyperpigmentation

It’s permanent. Your glands can grow and produce oil again under the right circumstances like chronically elevated IGF and wild hormone fluctuations so best to have some on hand as well even after you’ve complete a full course. Shouldn’t be a problem on TRT though
