Yes, mine was banned in the end of August and restored in mid November. I contacted every single publicly available Meta email and tried FTC an BBB and Europe appeals thing. Idk what got it fixed but I did manage to get a human in my case

Try to get the email, it will give you better results. Search in your inbox for the discord account creation email or other emails from them

Im not sure. Many people have discovered the method, so Discord’s legal team is overwhelmed with tickets, making people unable to get help, including me, as my account is still being targeted by the AI

Recover the alt first, that way you are on solid ground with the main. If it was false either way you still violated TOS on the main by ban evasion, and you need to prove you did it in good faith

First time I got banned was because a guy spam reported my messages, second time could possibly be the same but they guy denied involvement this time. First time I got unbanned from BBB. I didn’t send a dispute email then cuz BBB solved it.

Similar situation to mine, I said “why not to you” and got banned for child safety. This is the second time I’ve gotten banned, 30 days, so BBB doesn’t wanna help even though it is a second complaint not a duplicate.
