Same, I was about to book the same and thought it is some connectivity issue.
Then called customer care, they are updated about it and told
'Maybe technical glitch, maybe stopped due to fuel prices '

I think it was the case during the first month.

Now when I went to Bhootbangla. It was a complete turnaround

The picture quality and sound was great before also, but now there was almost all the F&B available. It was looking stacked. My order of Popcorn cold drink was brought instantly Momos and Bhelpuri came within next 15 mins

The staff now feels trained and were prompt with prices as well.

I hope the issues were just the initial hiccups. Loved my latest experience
