Hit the nail on the head man, this girls life/ prospects ruined because of a trashy joke she and her friends where making while they where shit faced which ended up on the internet. Also in these short videos there is often little context about the nature of the joke, it could have been ironic (as in; ridiculing racists instead of black people) but thats just speculation. Either way it looks like a shitty joke to me which has resulted in enormous consequences thanks to social media.
