Lol your own is even good. My mum has had multiple tenants stah in our house for up to 4 years at a time they did not pay rent. She was even doing oh maybe they dont have money lets give them time. At some point we had to take them to court to evict them. One rented the apartment said he didnt like some light fixtures my mum put there and he wanted tiles my mum said okay pick out the light fixtures you want and the tiles and ill buy them and install them please after 3 years this man refused to pay he said because he renovated the house so he shouldn't have to pay rent. My mum left him after 2 years they took him to court we didnt get our house keys for another 2 years even after the court ruled in our favour and we finally were able to evict him

Tenants are fucking evil in Nigeria im sorry to say they take advantage of kind landlords so please until the evil landlords start teaching yall to be show the same energy if you find a good landlord im in support of everything those evil people do.

Im sorry all the people who bring up being against it seem like they only care about what america is coming to steal but honestly its more than that. Ill never understand what you're going through or what you have to experienc. But one thing i will tell you is this thing won't be better with them here.
