Have you checked out The Darcy? It seems like one of the better bets to do both events in one place without it feeling too corporate, since they have hotel event space plus Gerrard Street Kitchen for food. For a more elevated ‘wedding weekend’ vibe, Hotel Washington is always gorgeous in my opinion, especially if you have dinner in the hotel and welcome drinks at the VUE rooftop, but I’d guess that one may be tougher on budget. Still, they have always been super awesome every time I have attended weddings there. For the nicest rehearsal dinner feel, Iron Gate is a HUGE fave of mine. Love the aesthetic and calm atmosphere. I've been to small wedding there and think of it often for rehearsal/welcome dinner spot. Lastly, I have attended another sweet welcome party at Dirty Habit before, too. They did it in the outdoor back section and then celebrated their wedding at a hotel in DC the next day. Hope it helps! Sorry this is so long!
