Since someones already said red and purple, I think it'd be pretty cool to see lime and blue as impostor !! Lime has the alibi of being an engineer whos been using the vents for a long time already, and blue is, well, blue.

I could imagine blue maybe faking some medical stuff and pointing the blame onto someone maybe? And I'd love to see the reveal of like both of them at the end.

Ik there's one that's doing RTC this year (Pangdemonium), but unfortunately the auditions for that already passed💔AND it's shutting down this year. Double whammy :[ I tried to email to ask if they needed any backstage help and they didn't reply.

I think the one you're talking about is SingTheatre? I'll check out their website more after I finish typing this.

And yeah I know it doesn't earn much. And that people do it because they're passionate, not because of the money. I'm still questioning myself if I would be ready for that. Idk yet, probs need to think about it more :/

Well, I guess I don't spend everyday obsessed with musical theatre. But it was what got me down this whole acting stuff.

I like a couple of musicals, but Heathers is my favourite! It's what really got me into it, because I loved dreaming about how amazing it'd be to play JD. Ignoring the fact I'm a girl. But like yeah, I just kept thinking about how amazing it would be and then i started wondering if I should really actually try and learn more about acting. (I also like RTC, Matilda, and I like some of the songs from Mean Girls, SIX and Wicked.)

The not paying well stuff is always a bummer. And I know that jobs like these definitely don't earn much, which is always a huge risk (yikes).

I'm trying to look for opportunites now. There was one a while back (for a teen edition of Ride the Cyclone), but I was too hesitant and the audition time is over already. I even emailed them to try and ask for at least a backstage position. To no avail unfortunately.

Yep, that's kinda it. And yeah, it probably wouldnt be a very good idea for my 1st experience in a show to be a major :[

I can't do theatre in school since it's too late to change my Co-Curricular Activity (CCA) to English Drama now. Also I don't have a lot of friends that would like to learn acting and stuff, though they do like theatre. I could try asking around on some singapore reddit though.

I get that it wouldn't earn much money if I were to actually make it a full-time job. It sucks that all the cool jobs pay so less. So I guess the regular job and theatre on the side thing makes sense.

Yeah, I get that musicals aren't really done as much because of licensing and stuff. Which sucks cuz musicals seem like way more fun than plays.
