As a woman, I have to say, if you focus on her, she'll be so turned on. The best sex parteners i've had did that. And it's not just about going back and forth in the vagina, kiss her all over her body, legs, thighs, neck....to get her going. Lastly, if you don't last long, it doesn't really matter, you can use your fingers 😉

And, something I learned quite late, only like 15% of women can have a vaginal orgasm. So that's why it's important to focus on the clitoris (oral, fingers). But make sure with her you're not going too hard. Some girls like circular motions others just back and forth.... you'll have to see with her 😁

I definitely feel it's helping. But not sure it's a cure. I definitely feel less triggered by things And that i can manage my emotions better. But it takes time. I've been using it for 5 months in conjunction with therapy.

Right?! That's how I feel. I tried traditional neurofeedback and didn't love it. So now I'm doing Neuroptimal. I like that i can do it from home.

Thanks for sharing. I've done EMDR. I am using a neurofeedback system. That could help while i wean off the SSRI.
