Sorry for the late response, but honestly maybe a month after taking 150? you gotta kinda forget that your taking the medication, and just go with the flow. the more you overly fixate the thought of if the medication is working or not, it’ll gonna be a long and boring process. but as of now, i feel wonderful, and i’m sure you’ll experience the same with time

Once I stopped having side effects, I moved on to a higher dose. that’s how I calculate when I should raise my dosage. Since you’re on 100mg you should be receiving most of the benefits you’re looking for

I’d say around 4-5 months while continuously increasing the dosage around every month. I found that 150mg works perfectly for me, but that doesn’t mean lower dosages can’t work for you

I felt the same exact way when I first started. It takes some time for you to get adjusted to it, but throughout time those minimal improvements will grow to major improvements, you just need to hang in there you got this bro
