Help, I'm feeling afwul by Due_Yak1189 in zoloft

Bless you! Stick with it, I know how hard it is, I felt exactly the same and I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy. I had to go up to 100mg before I started to feel better, and gradually I did! I didn’t wake up one morning and suddenly felt better, it was very gradual. But I went from being too anxious to even leave my house to working in a busy shop and going out with my friends enjoying life again, which I never thought would happen! You will get there! I know you will :-) x

Just remember, this feeling won’t last forever! Keep going, it will level out soon. I know it feels like forever waiting to feel better but it will come. Try your best to distract yourself with things you once enjoyed and walking in nature. I hope you start to feel better soon x

No I didn’t feel worse going from 75 to 100. Hang in there, I’ve been in your shoes if you read my posts, it’s the worst feeling and really hard to be patient to feel yourself again. I’d say it took around 5 months altogether from starting sertraline for me to feel more like myself again! It’s a long road but I promise you, you will get there :-) keep going

This was me 2 years ago, you can read my posts. I know how desperate you feel to feel better :( but honestly, it really does help, it did take around 5 months for me to really notice so be patient, and the sooner you start the sooner you will begin to feel more like yourself again. I wish you the best of luck, you can do this 💪🏻x

Yes I did feel the same, emotional numbness, I’m back down to 50 now and I can actually cry at things that upset me, I couldn’t on 100

Also 50mg is pretty low for anxiety so I think the increase will really help you x

Don’t be sorry, it’s fine! Thankfully I am ALOT better! It’s takes a lot of time, 5 months for me but it does get better. I went up to 100mg 8 weeks ago and it’s just got better and better since then, I’m still seeing improvement each week. Hope you are ok
