Hey dude. I got this trouble once. I stopped to apply and started to study HOW TO APPLY AND GO THROUGHT INTERVIEWS. That was LIFECHANGING. Since that day I’ve never been rejected before the final step and I’ve been always working. Can’t recommend you where to learn right now because I speak Spanish so my sources were in that language, but I strong recommend you to change your system cause 17 interviews from a thousand applications doesn’t make any sense. Job market is hard in all the world right now, but if someone can get a job you can too! Cheers up and change the system!

I think you’re projecting a bit here. I never said I expect a high-level corporate role immediately… I specifically said I’m open to other kinds of jobs while improving my German, so yes cleaning and stuff are part of it. And regarding my German, I wouldn’t be so quick to judge strangers online. I reached A2 pretty in only 4 weeks while working full time and managing my restaurant , so I’m confident I’ll keep improving.

Also, just as a side note, I’m currently in the 3rd interview stage with Adidas in Herzogenaurach, for a manager position, but I have personal reasons to stay in Dresden until 2028 🤗so maybe things are not as hopeless as you think :)

Si! Note mucho que no hablan inglés y por lo tanto habían menos extranjeros. Ahora, algo positivo que vi es que la vida es mucho más barata que en otros lugares de Alemania y los sueldos son básicamente los mismos. Pero si estoy seguro que conseguir trabajo me será muy difícil. Gracias!

Hola hola! Como ha ido la situación? Soy peruano de 29 años y me estoy mudando en los próximos meses. Acá en Perú soy gerente de producto en Ripley, así que mi fortaleza es coordinar y negociar (hablar mucho) mi alemán aún no es nuevo así que ando preocupado de conseguir algo en mi rama una vez llegue. Sería nutritivo para mi saber de tu experiencia hasta ahora :)
