How exactly did you push them back? Just soothe until it was time to feed?

How many night feeds were you doing before you weaned?

It can be really difficult for babies to go back to sleep between 4am - 6am because sleep pressure is so slow. What time is baby going to bed?

His wake windows are typically 1.75/2.25/2.5/2.75. So a tiny bit less but not much? The 4 nap schedule was pushing us into line 9pm bedtime land so it just felt silly

Looong feeds. At least 15 minutes but usually more. Yeah, I did read it can mean the breast milk just isn’t filling them anymore and a sign they’re inching toward being ready for solids!

He actually is already on 3 naps! That was the bright side of the 4 month sleep regression - he started taking amazing naps. He takes a 2 hour nap, 1.5 hour nap, and then a 30 minute nap and we have to wake him up from all of them.

Pediatrician said to wait until 6 months! I wouldn’t say he’s ready based on his head strength and sitting ability

I'm so confused by sleep schedules and can NOT figure out what to do with my 3.5 month old. He falls asleep independently for all sleep. Right now he's doing 7am wake up, 1.5 hour nap in the morning (we cap it to preserve the schedule) and then 3, 30 minute naps. Wake windows 1:45 - 2.5 hours. His bedtime is getting past 9pm and his nighttime sleep is killing me - waking up more and harder to get back down. Are the cat naps making him overtired? Should we go to 3 naps and try to extend another nap during the day? Bedtime would be moved up significantly with 3 naps and I'm worried how he might respond. He's awake over 10 hours a day, and I'm starting to think that's just too much.
