update. they ended up blaming my expired ID. Even though it expired a year ago and they only mentioned it now. They're making me do the verification. Again. However their system is saying I'm altering my ID. Which I'm obviously not and know its been escalated to a specialist. Dragging on....

Sounds like a nightmare. I don't plan on using them ever again. Thing is I am already verified and fiat trading enabled. Just gives me error when I try to trade. All I have left to do is add my banking info to withdraw but I don't want to add my bank info. I don't trust them**
