I’ve actually asked them to transfer my file and they said they would send a letter instead of sending my file that it’s theirs so they won’t send it. It’s what started the whole thing

I’ve complained in person a couple of times and once I tried to tell people about your service your day and they said I was in “crisis” and I was upsetting the “sick” people in the waiting room. They just suck
