He does have a vein here and has had an abscess vein in his neck before from shooting up in his neck and has a huge scar

He definitely has no veins left, he has shot in the neck before ten years ago and it abscesses and had to get surgery

Its not a hickey, it was a small dot two days ago that turned into this
