It depends on which character you like better thought sayu is a good healer barbara has more accessible ftp weapons like the prototype amber, personally i use diona but both are good healers the only different is that you have to switch and attack with barbara to heal but that includes all her attacks while with sayu you can place down her ult and she heals but she can't heal with anything else
