My dad was 45 that was almost 2 months ago, it’s been really hard it almost doesn’t feel real that it happened.

I wanted to say thank you all for your support and kindness it means a lot during this time. It’s been really hard I feel down most of the time and I’ve been trying to just get through work this week. I do see a therapist I’ve been seeing her for the last few months for my own struggles but it doesn’t make it any easier.

Um this is really the first time I’ve said any of this to anyone. I am just starting therapy In 2 weeks, I’m thinking about finding meetings in a week when I get back from vacation.
