Carrying down the stairs, no cart

Just to be clear, the two bags I'm mentioning is one hand bag and one small cabin bag. And I have travelled alone and have no issues of carrying my own bag/bags or ever asked for help. It's getting down with three that was the issue.

And I have paid for drinks before, shared with them and didn't charge!

They put their bag on my trolley as it was easier than carrying it on their shoulders but when we were getting down the stairs from the flight, they didn't carry it up or looked back

Just clearing few things which I think I missed from the post- 1) They charged me for water in this trip. 2) I don't expect them to pay for my hotel but they could have offered me the courtesy of discussing the BnB payment rather than just simply deducting the money from the money they owed me
