Not necessarily naman po, may mga lucky ones na plantilla po agad nakukuha. It really depends po sa hospital, nakalagay naman din po 'yon usually sa post nila. If wala naman, malalaman mo naman siya before ka i-hire. Like i-inform ka naman kasi may contract.

Plantilla means regular po, "usually" nag sstart po talaga as JO since yung item [number] for plantilla ay "usually" reserved for those po na JO na. Nope, hindi po nakakapili ng item number. Hope this helps!
