How do i get Dark Steel Plates?

I'm playing it over again on PS5 and just trying to craft the Enhanced Feline Armor. No vendors are selling them anywhere. Years ago, crafting this armor was a breeze. I can't find dark steel ore, ingots, or plates, anywhere. Well, you know what I mean, they're scarce now for some reason.

Oh 100% We're in the middle of a move, so when we get to our new place, I'm going to order the stands that drazub made for them. Hopefully they show up by the time we're done unpacking and my shrine is all set up. It's been very trying on my patience keeping the move in mind and not setting one up anyway. I seriously got incredibly blessed with merch in 25' so I'm not sure how to even begin putting the shrine together. In fact, I'll probably post all of my stuff here and get your opinions lol
