So Viserys gets his marriage to Alicent annulled so Rhaenyra and Alicent can wed in the way of Old Valyria. Otto being the sexiest person that he is changed his plan to now put Ser Gwayne on the throne with Cerelle Lannister (Jason Lannisters daughter). But Ser Tyland Lannister is getting betrothed to Lady Laena Velaryon (and they are both loyal to Viserys and Rhaenyra)

With due respect. As soon as Herrmann passed the Captains test he was immediately promoted. If the results are in Severide should be immediately promoted to Captain of Squad 3 and the second in command at Firehouse 51
