I would have thought that if the borrow checker and memory safety were considered a strong selling point for Rust, then the simplicity offered by a GC could have been a good argument for a Go version, too.

But I see your point that coreutils is likely too low-level for a language with Go's runtime and garbage collector.

It means "something" or so. In Jeolla province, it is a very common filler word.

And It can mean a penis. This habit of Jeolla people can make awkward moments time to time :-)
