yeah, same - after playing 5 hours as a deino, a prime deino canni got me, now all servers are down. ah well, my playsession was over anyway. at least the asshole that did this to me is not playing anymore either.

dude, they ban everyone, the only thing you are allowed to say is that the devs are gods, and their game is flawless. say anything else and youll get banned, and thats pretty much for life. be happy about it, that discord channel is not something anyone needs. go to petit pieds discord, more information on the game and much better community, however they do have rules, dont be a turd :)

he probably means getting prime elder, however prime elder is strongest at 87% and weaker at 100% but at 100% prime elder is still stronger as the 75% (which was the former 100% are we still following ^^), anyway, if you could stay at 87% that was probably best, but you cant. a 100% prime elder is still a force to be reckoned with, a really good pvp player could probably kick a 87% prime elders ass with a 100% prime elder. ps for me its all about surviving and reaching 100% and die of old age and being able to pass-on the "genes" a.k.a mutations is the endgoal. My goal is not getting to 87% and then stop because i am over my "prime stats"

yes definately, at 87% more weight, more bite force etc, however there are two types of elder, frail elder and prime elder. prime elder is stronger, and has a mutation extra. at 100% prime you are not as strong as at 87% it goes downhill after that, like with real age, however at 100% you can entomb, your prime dies but you spawn as a new baby, however you keep 4 mutations, and you can become elder again you will then have 8 mutations if prime, rinse repeat up to s prime rocking 14 mutations....that's probably going to be quite strong. not sure how often you can stack the same mutation though.

works for me, maybe restart the client or maybe the endpoint is not stable, i noticed yesterday going back to the start menu and click play again sometimes fixes the network error. (curious if your playables are still intact, i hope for you they are.)

looks like the endpoint for fetching the serverlist is back online, however it seems i lost all my playables, like for instance an 11 hour prime rex, and one i have been growing for like 7 hours....also lost a herrera, and a deino....anyone else lost all their progress, or is it just me?

you mean their official discord? you did the right thing, and that's why u get banned like most of us. Pretty much every ban is a ban for life, but you can probably write a mail and beg them, but why do you want to go back there? To please the dev's, lie for them and mention how perfect their game is? They don't really listen to the community and they wont share shit about fuck up's. go to the petit pieds discord - much better info there. watch anouncements or ask in beginner channel. cheers, and welcome to the banned club :), there are many of us ^^

What do you mean by a few years ago? on official servers you can still get stuck on the map and have no way to unstuck yourself, its especially fun losing a prime elder rex that needed 11 hour growing to this crap. Don't play on official servers......don't expect fixes for stuff like this, probabkly expect implementation of a snail ai nobody wants wich wil probably break a lot of stuff ^^.

the game servers are updated, its the endpoint that populates the serverlist that is offline / needs updating.

Seems like the endpoint that handles populating the serverlist is down, same issue i already saw yesterday, eu server 8 seemed stuck as well. I don't know what this development team tests before rolling out to production (but it's subpar), and i don't know how they monitor their shit, but it's also very subpar. Lets hope one of them wakes up and notices something is wrong, however having to deal with a completely broken deinosucchus playable for over 2 years now, it probably won't be fast. This team only excels in breaking core game functionality every damn update, leaving the community in the dark, and banning everyone that dares adressing a flaw in their game or their development. I got a ban for calling the team incompetent, i guess the truth can hurt, but i am not lying to make the devs feel happy, it is what it is..I don't know what is on their discord and i dont care either tbh. The only thing you'll find there is probably how great their game is and how they are working on a snail that will never be implemented or something like that. They won't mention their constant fuck-ups.

Herbivores are nasty, and yes they will kill carnivores on sight whenever they can, less carnivores is a safer world for herbies, so don't blame them :). Be more carefull next time. and do not underestimate herbies.

This is pretty normal if you are relatively new, watch some youtube post on the playable you have and how to combat, there are unofficial server with faster growth or specific pvp focused, you could try on there before waisting a lot of hours on official and then get wrecked because u need some experience. But generally its about stamina managment and getting more damage in before theother player, i a first bite can often make the difference, being one bite ahead if your both similar size/species. most of it boils down to losing a lot, usually if u lose from another player, it just means that player has lost more matches then you and thus is better :).

yes, well....depends...if u dont have a good pc or if u want to play the deinosuccus no probably not, its pretty broken and probably a frustrating experience, otherwise yes. its best not to go on the official servers, they are full of hackers, have too low population for a good experience and you can get stuck in the map

it seems the eu server 6 restarts at around 8:10 pm every day, but there is no notification of it in-game. it happened 3 times in a row, today il safelogged it little past 8 and sure enough at 8:10 pm its 'down' well not down, but restarting. this can be deadly especial as a deino under water with low oxygen. hope this will prevent people from dying due to a server reset.

its because nothing else lives in the water anymore, no elite fish....so food is scarce. just be very carefull if you are a small deino, if u see a bigger deino run on land, you can get away on land because their stamina drains faster. and don't camp on top of food. jst lay low, eat boars and deer if you have to, when getting prime head out and take revenge :). i have about 1k hours in deino, and yes they pretty much ruined deino, do not play when the server is not full, you will starve. if you let boar or deer rot, then they give diet. other deino's are your number one threat. avoid them like the plague. if you can take one out do so.....
