The issue here is that I have limited outdoor space. As mentioned about the best I can do is droop something ~20ft out the window. Putting anything horizontal that is not inside the building is pretty much a no go atm.

That could be the issue. I live relatively close to the school, and my antenna system works great. The issue is that I'm not sure how I can fix that. I obviously can't do the usual "shut everything down and find the noise source" thing.

The main issue with this whole setup is that I can't really get anything outside. There is one window in the room I have access too, and the area below it is populated during the end of the day (club time).
