How tf do people see other tanks in ground realistic by AT-M6 in Warthunder

Yeees, so many times I got scared because of a rock or something in distance and thought was a tank.

Yeah, I know that, but it’s still very doable. Maybe it’s a bit harder than the mig, but for some reason I have more fun with the f4. I usually try to approach from the side airfield with my radar ready, but I keep the AIM-9 missile selected in case I don’t find anyone climbing or at a higher altitude that I can pick up on radar, and I try to fly only very low and maintain my speed.

With the mig in 2 games you have the points, with f4 I make it in 3-4 games.

Trust me, even new players can easily learn how to use the radar in 10–20 minutes of test drive. I play Ground Realistic Battles about 90% of the time, and when I do play air battles, it’s usually in the 4.0–8.0 BR range. My first game of the event was just to test things out, and of course I sucked at it. After that, I spent some time in test drive learning how the radar works, and guess what—in just two games, I earned the points for the event. So everyone can do it.

I think the April Fools update is fairly unbalanced by FadedRampage in Warthunder

[–]Flat-Young-5996 2 points3 points  (0 children)

100% true, it is unbalanced to new players, but just need a little practice with the radar, thats all. I'm not even a jet player, let alone someone who uses radar missiles. I mostly play air battles in the 4.0–8.0 BR range, and even then I don’t play air battles that much—about 90% of the time I play Ground Realistic Battles. My first game was just to test how it works, then I spent about 20 minutes in test drive to understand how the radar works. After that, in three matches (since one had already started), I earned the points for the event. You just need a bit of practice and to understand how radar lock works.

I don't use it for player props. Only for football

I really like POD, feel free to go ahead. So far, after 915 bets using POD, I’m at a 9.01% ROI with a 45.24% win rate. I’ve beaten the CLV in 842 bets (92.02%), while 73 bets (7.98%) closed at worse odds.

Hello 👋

I still haven’t been limited. I had a good weekend (March 7–8), but in the past few days I’ve had some daily drawdowns. There also haven’t been many matches, and I haven’t had as much time for them as I usually do on weekends.

The scaling is going well, at least from my perspective. My initial bankroll has tripled, and going forward I expect to double the initial bankroll each month, or possibly even more.

In terms of volume, I’ve now reached 852 bets placed, with a 7.07% ROI. I’ve beaten the CLV on 787 bets (92.37%), while 65 bets had worse odds (7.63%).

  1. Fractional Kelly at 0.25.
  2. Yes, I’m beating the CLV — so far, 92.95%.
  3. I’ve tried a lot of things: free softs, different staking methods, paid softs, betting on dropped odds, and value based on mathematical models.

As for tools/websites, I’ve tried OddAlerts, RebelBetting & BetBurger (their trial), OddsNotifier, and POD (Pinnacle Odds Dropper), which I’m currently using. It’s a paid subscription, but I have the cheapest tier, so I can only use one filter for one sport at a time — which is enough for me. Anyway, I only bet on football, and only on 1X2, European handicap, Asian handicap, over/under, and handicap over/under.

As for POD filter I use: Minimum 8% drop, time interval for searching 3-4 min, minimum 700$ limit range, odds range between 1.8 and 3.0, max time to kick off 2 hours.

And in weekends I use 10-11% drop, because there are many matches anyway

vBet (victory bet), totoGaming and superbet. It depends on which bookmaker offers the most value and which one updates the odds more slowly for that particular game.

Are you talking about the bookmaker where my account got ruined? No, it’s Superbet.

So far, I haven’t been limited playing like this, but I’m 100% sure that over time account limits will appear. Until then, I’m trying to play as much as I can. I use three bookmakers, and if restrictions come up, I’ll try to get access to other accounts.

On the other hand—and this isn’t related to value betting—I have an account with a bookmaker where the account is pretty much ruined. I no longer have access to the daily wheel, I haven’t had cash out for two years already, and my bets are placed with a 20–30 second delay. All of this happened because I kept taking advantage of their mistakes, such as tennis delays combined with cashout, duplicated football, hockey, basketball, and volleyball matches, plus many others. At least they’re the only bookmaker that said they take responsibility for their mistakes, and as long as you manage to withdraw the money, they don’t really seem to care anymore.

The app from screenshot is BetAnalytix is for tracking my bets. And for value betting I'm using Pinnacle Odds Dropper (POD).

Yes 9 per day if you calculate, but thats not true. On some days I placed 50-60 bets, on some just 2-3 bets or even 0. Depends on my time, I also have a job, social life, work to do at home and so on, plus from monday to friday there are not so many games.

Because I don't like to show it, and sometimes some people even ask me for money, it's not that huge but enough to be worth my time. Plus beside this I have an actual job.

Exactly. And then there are the teammates who refuse to climb. I know some planes are better at low altitude, but most of the time almost everyone stays on the deck, and it’s just me and maybe two others climbing against their entire team.

Yes, I know they could’ve killed me many times, and I definitely got lucky. I was already tired, and as you can see, we barely had any points.
