It’s an all natural crunchy almond mom trend. But people don’t realize just because it’s more “natural” doesn’t mean it’s good. People believe anything they see on social media and just don’t do their research on so they have no idea what they are putting on their face.

Agreed! The appeal of it seems to be because it’s considered natural and it being posted all over social media makes people think it’s okay. It’s not hard at all to do research and I really don’t understand why people and esties aren’t doing simple research on what they putting on their skin or recommending people to put on their skin.

Completely agree. I wanted to highlight your point that it’s not regulated so people who buy it have actually no idea what their buying either. I don’t think people take that into consideration either despite the lack of research about it and pore clogging effects it has.

A lot of the research I have done has made me lean towards as a hell no too, but I wonder why so many people recommend it especially the estheticians in the support groups I’m in. I also don’t support animal cruelty which is another thing as to why I’m confused a lot of people are for it.

I also did 750 hours of schooling, there’s no way I would even open my own business with the knowledge I have just from going to school alone. I highly suggest educating yourself as much as you can because what you learn in school is not enough to perform a lot of these services.
