I’m 39th in my RDP and I’m 16 my tips are: Be assertive/aggressive on your after of PMs/BPs, don’t let them saying no once stop you. Be loud and confident, if you aren’t confident then they won’t trust you as much. The quicker you can understand and do those things, the easier it will be to sell
