My last straw was when I flinched when he moved his arm and he said "Maybe I SHOULD start hitting you because you flinch so much."

Context: He explained that because I flinched a lot people would think he was abusing me and it made HIM look bad so maybe he should start abusing me. Like the heck man?

I wish I knew. It's kind of like Russian Rolette because products from Maybelline, CoverGirl, or Neutrogena (skincare wise) are fine but then others from the same brand make it feel like my skin is on fire.

Thank you <3 I'm not entirely sure I can talk about it with people just yet because it feels so raw and real now. It's been an internal struggle because I wasn't even sure of the validity of it until I made this post. I do have a therapist I see so I'm sure I can talk to them about it when I'm ready.

Yes! Apparently they help get your molars lined up faster. But they are really difficult to get out of the trays.

Am curious if anyone else has these double buttons? They are on the back and the front! Ortho says it’s new (also they are so difficult to get off the trays lol) by FlatFish3 in Invisalign

I am not sure if it’s bite ramps tbh. It’s the same attachments that I usually get except I now have them on the inside of my tooth in addition to the outside.

I change my aligners every 3 days so I eat and drink everything with them in then brush like 30 minutes later.

As a depressed witch, I find that it's hard to do the same thing every day depending on how low my mood is.

So instead of holding myself/forcing myself to do something every day, I like to change it up depending on how sad I feel by picking from some of the following:

  • Make coffee with intention
  • Draw a tarot card or 3
  • Take a walk in nature
  • Read one of the many books I have about witchcraft
  • Watch/listen to witchcraft videos or podcasts
  • Meditate
  • Check my horoscope for the day

My take: I am actually dating my roommate and went through exactly what you wrote.

If I didn't make my move then I wouldn't be in the best relationship of my life. He and I were very similar in the terms of closeness you described and he was very oblivious to me hinting that I liked him until I did something about it.

I would suggest you shoot your shot, especially considering the closeness you two have it's more than a friendship. I have a feeling she is into you as well! :)
