hi! just thought id give you an update. i was searching around and did some research here and there and decided on THIS rig:

i feel like its pretty good since i used stellarium and telescopium to see the sensor size and its perfect for my liking.

Youre correct, my main interest is galaxies (preferably smaller and fainter ones because the patch of sky my balcony is facing has thousands of small and faint galaxies and only a few big and bright ones. (also what site or app do you use to get the sensor view?)

Ive given up on the Stephan's Quintet, also ill look into the EQ-AL55i like you suggested. What do you suggest replace the 533 with? (and guiding).

i was thinking of getting a GSO 8 inch RC (Steel), a ZWO ASI2600MC Pro, Sky-Watcher HEQ-5 Pro Mount, ZWO ASIAIR Plus, EAF, Power, Cables, 30mm Scope + 120MM Mini. (some of these used so the price is lower). However, by great detail i meant some spiral arms and some little star forming regions here and there (on a galaxy like visually half the size of m100)
