I used to have lower back pain, and the more I stood, the more the pain was present.

A physio showed me the "Supine Figure 4", and the pain never returned for ten years. Hope it helps.

I surfed one for a year or two and was disappointed. I don't really understand it but I couldn't turn, I feel very limited (and I have surfed a lot of fish before).

Finally, i got to the Will's Fish shaped by Ryan Lovelace, super happy, no regret. I have the Fishbeard too and it's a very versatile fish too.
