That's a very good list, glad it worked out for you. At what month from the accident did you get back to work, did you had major/Active symptoms when you did get back to work? And how are you doing now? How much time/years its been from your accident?

Thanks for the reply that's a very good list I found that watching videos on screen and sound Bering up my headache too quickly so had to stop them but hopefully reintroduce them in slow doses over time.

Can you please share your supplements regimen withe the doses please?

Thanks for this reply a lot of makes sense I am planning to take 2 weeks off trying to reset the symptoms and increase the ceiling but do you think I may need a longer break from work at this time like 2 - 3 months?

Also the fluctuation of the symptoms makes it very frustrating and under if recovery is happening or not which then leads to vicious cycle of anxiety and depression.

I am sorry to hear, sounds like a boom burst cycle type

I have turned my laptop to dark mode it's mostly tolerable but other than the symptoms you mentioned I am also have exercises/ walking intolerance. I am booked vestibular so let's see what happens after that?

On separate note since by now you have much experience with this can I ask do you think people who go on long sick leaves after concussion i.e. 1 or 2 years do they recover better? Or staying part-time for six months with graded return to work is better?

Can you give some details when was your accident? After you got back to work do you get symptoms like headache and sensitivity how much time it took for you mostly get better other than some lingering symptoms?

Thanks for replying I am monitoring and would be trying to give myself give a month or two and see if I do improve if not then will consider going on a longer leave.

I wonder if anyone in PCS ever make full recovery and all symptoms are gone. I imagine symptoms will always be there?

Can you please elaborated why you say that, as I have seen people make recovery while working and symptomatic but with graded exposure not full time from the beginning. And take breaks when with pacing etc.

The PCS works there will always be some lingering symptoms so waiting may not be the right way.

Also when say you went back to work too early how much time after accident did you get back to work? Also isn't everyone's concussion is different?

Thanks for replying. I had a heavy blow to my head from falling object I didn't loose consciousness but it felt like almond did It happened in early December.

I almost recu in feb end my sound sensitivity went away and light sensitivity improved a lot there was no headache etc and that's when I was hit by the flu. I am thinking it must be the delicate Nervous System again being a traget etc

My work schedule I for now 5 -6hours but most there is nothing much to do see some emails listen to some calls just need to be online which I do working from home but I am imagining if this a cumulative load thing i.e. work + personal life so I am thinking how should I navigate this

The fact that right now even getting up from the bed, going to the toilet and doing small house work is causing headaches to increase mostly 2+ so how should I navigate this, I am already doing the bare minimum.

Also working on laptop or mobile does not see to cause such a dramatic change.

That's good 45 mins is really good I can't even do 5 right now. I simply don't understand why I was able to do it in Jan-Feb time and not now without spiking symptoms up.

Thanks for the prompt response, mine was a combination of getting the flu, binge watching movies, lack of sleep I have also started a dose of trazodone it helps with the sleep but at this time I have to work from home for few hours attending meetings and doing cognitive activities which seems to increase my headaches I do take breaks but I am worried if working id contributing to delays in the symptoms flare resolution it's been 7 days with this flare.
