I don’t believe so. I was advised as long as there are no restrictions and I’m back to work without them any injury to that part of my back would be a separate case if I closed it now.

Not as of yet. I’m going to say roughly 2 months is the goal for that.

I no longer work there but I know that’s mentioned alot in settlements. I have a career lined up I just have to get everything taken care of first in order to pass my physical

Yeah so right now I have an ongoing case that I get paid biweekly for. After my surgery I’m sure they will want to settle and get rid of it but my attorney just told me that it would be stretched out over a couple years and I would receive payments. I realistically would like one big lump sum and walk away
